Ankle pain...anyone else?

I just recently started walking and I've noticed every so often after I walk (2-3 miles) my ankle hurts really bad, only my left though. Just wondering if anyone else deals with this?

Probably a result of previous strain / injury (I have the same issue). I would suggest getting a referral to a physio to help give you some strengthening exercises / stretches you can do.0
