I lose 6 lbs, I gain 6 lbs... For some reason I won't let myself go below 175... I am determined this time, I did two rounds of 21day fix, now I'm doing insanity while following the fix meal plan/prep.

Which one of these is going to make you lose weight?

They both do, insanity is HIIT while the fix is muscle building and toning. With HIIT I am burning more cals, while on the fix I was gaining doe to muscle building.

So he's asking you what you plan on doing to your caloric intake because you can't exercise the weight away.

None of that is going to happen if your diet is not in check.

Good luck! Make sure you weigh and log all the food you eat and stay under your MFP calorie limit, and eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories earned.

Weight loss = Calories In < Calories Out.
