    Hi, are you still looking for friends here for mutual motivation , accountability and little friendly competition?
    I have started a new 6 week challenge to get my stamina back and to tone my body.. I am doing good on my own, but I find that when I find like minded friends who are on a similar journey, it motivates me to push harder, work out longer and ENJOY THE PROCESS!

    Hope you're all having a great week so far! I'm on a quest to put on quality, lean muscle. I'm always willing to help and share the knowledge I've acquired throughout the years.

    I eat a plant based, whole foods diet and strength train 3-4 days per week. I travel to different parts of the states each month and am always looking for new people to meet, train with a develop friendships!

    Hi there!

    Been using MFP for a couple of months now, but not the community part. But it would be great to getting to know people around the world.
    Me, well I'm from the south of Sweden. I've lost about 30 lbs so far since May and have set a goal for another 30. Time is of no essence I'm in no rush.
    Loosing those first 30 lbs has really inspired me and I'm getting more and more active for every week now. I do a lot of TRX suspension training, hiking, walking, swimming and just started to use the stationary bike that up until now has mostly been collecting dust.
    So anyone that feels like talking is welcome to drop a message.
