I had instant oats with protein powder mixed in yesterday. It was amazingly good.

I eat this every morning. If you want extra carbs, add some fruit. Extra fat, peanut butter.

1scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of frozen fruit, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tbsp of ground flax seed, 1/2 cup water.

I eat a lot of dry cottage cheese. It's also called farmers cheese or quark in some countries. I eat it with eggs and salsa and roll in up in a big burrito (or two small ones) it's super easy and full of protein. 125 grams of the dry cottage cheese has 22 grams of protein and 110 calories. The big wraps I use have 180 calories and 30 grams of carbs.

I forgot to add that it's super easy to make. Sometimes I microwave the egg, then add it to the rest, takes only a few minutes

Put a squeeze of lime in that mashed avocado and it won't go brown.

does that actually work, I know when I have half an avocado in the fridge the only thing I've found that stops it going brown is to put it in an airtight container with chopped onion.
