Mine is 4,000. Keep at that level for a few weeks. If gaining on it, stick with it. If not, increase the calories and give it another few weeks.0 -
Seems like you're on the right path then. I aim for 2,750 a day. Some days I get 3,200 while others I barely hit 1,850.
MY macros for the most part are 55/20/25 (C/P/F)0 -

you really want to look at it in terms of grams rather than percents..
so .6 to .85 grams of protein per pound of body weight; .45 grams of fat per pound of body weight; and fill in rest with carbs...
however, if you hit your percentages you should come close to the numbers in grams...
