Hey all! Does protein help you feel full? I know fiber does, but a lot of the foods I eat that have a lot of fiber also have a lot of carbs. Any protein packed snacks you recommend? Thanks!

    tuna is great. 20 grams of protein in a can. and only about 100 calories.

    i used to eat mainly carbs and fibre, but have felt alot fuller since upping my protein, it has also helped me tyone up a little easier.
    eggs, tuna, and chicken and low fat cheese are my staples.lol.xx

    Protein definintely keeps you full!

    I recommend egg whites, they're low carb and low cal, you can pretty much just eat as many as you want. However I think 3 egg white servings is 15 g of protein.

    I also recommend nuts...

    Peanut butter has a good amount of carbs, but I know jif has the to-go pack now, and that would be very convenient, and also fill you up,

    And if you're not against it, try protein bars or protein shakes.
