    Sorry my original post was kinda short-via iPhone.

    To answer some questions:

    Q: How to join the challenge?
    A: Just post on here you are committing to doing your best and the post back what you have done when completed (before midnight).

    Q: How often are these challenges?
    A: Monday-Friday (add me as a friend to see them easily in your newsfeed).

    Also a common question, how to log these and other challenges?
    A: If broken up throughout entire day = strength training, in just a few sets or all at once = calisthenics.

    I do more than 200 5-6/week. It was tough for the first week but it gets easier. I stopped counting and just do by time. I do ab exercises as part of my cooldown. If I'm not in the mood to go to the gym, I'll just do slow crunches while watching TV.

    2 minutes crunches
    1 minute obliques right
    1 minute obliques left
    1 minute clam crunches
    1 minute leg scissors
    1 minute reverse crunches
    1 minute bicycle
