    Successes/struggles this week: I think I'm over struggling with my lack of will power I was going through. Now I'm trying to find the perfect balance between calories in vs calories out. I just upped my daily calories by 300 a day in order to counter all the exercise I do to properly nourish my body.

    It's frustrating when you feel like you should have lost more but didn't. I bet being sick for 3 days has had a lot to do with it and next week you will have a good loss. Any loss is good in my book though! You are doing great!! Hang in there!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Success: I have been getting up at 5 and consistently doing weight training and then have been going for a short run later in the day so I get some cardio. And have been reducing my calories. The cravings at night have almost stopped! And I stopped drinking alcohol during the week.
    Struggles: the weekend. Always the weekend.

    Successes/struggles this week: Bit annoyed with my weight gain but know it's solely down to the pizza I ate last night - I actually weighed myself a couple of days ago and was down 2 lbs. Therefore, I'm hoping that after a couple more 'good' days I'll be back to where I was. Yesterday was not good - I was exhausted after a week of looking after both my girls on my own and the baby is teething and just not sleeping properly - so I gave into chocolate and takeaway pizza. On the positive side, I've been walking loads all week again and my legs are really toning up.

    Tonight we're going for a meal out - my first since before the baby. It's a four course set menu and there weren't any healthy options to choose from so it's going to be calorie heavy. At least I'm driving so won't have alcohol calories on top of the food ones. I will have to make sure I go for my usual run tomorrow morning!!

    4 course meal sounds like a fab first meal out. I find this hard, but if you want to eat less cals, eat less bread, scrape some of the sauce to the side and leave some of the less appealing bits, if any, on the plate. Have fun!!

    Keep up the good work! Sometimes a cold or virus will make you hold onto water weight!

    Congrats for getting to onederland, I know how excited I was and it was one of my goals on my journey. And that is my advice to everyone who I talk to about MFP, is log,log log. If you log everything , then you know.

    Successes/struggles this week: Struggling with the death of a very close family friend who was essentially family in his own right. But with that struggle comes success, at least. I haven't turned to eating the house down. Another success was going to Cici's yesterday and deciding I would eat no more than three slices of pizza, and that's after a salad and a small serving of pasta first. And I also didn't get a cinnamon roll like I planned to because I thought, "I don't even like them that much, it's not worth the calories."

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I have been battling my cold symptoms, plus a bit of bronchitis.
    I was eating okay to start the week. But as the week went on I was not eating as healthy as I should have been.
    I got tempted and drank coffee, donuts, and pizza that was brought in at work.

    I am lucky to have not gained this week! I wanted to go biking but I still have a bit of bronchitis. I am getting stronger everyday, so hopefully by the end of the week I can go exercise again!

    •This week I've had 4 days worth of workouts and was focused. I know I haven't lost much but I'm hanging in there. I know how my body works and I can feel a woosh coming on soon.

    •This week I am determined to continue the same. My goal weight for this month is out now, but, I still want to complete it knowing that I tried my best.
