Hi! Does anyone know Under cardio what does a tabata workout fall under? What about a resistance band workout?

The calories burned during workout may be just high impact aerobic at this point. Most of the calorie burn is the after effect assuming you're hitting with everything you've got. Unfortunately, unless you have a O2 meter (or some other atypical measuring system) on all day this really cannot be accurately calculated. The research I've heard is that its equal to 30min of steady cardio. You could play around with using that estimated burn but I wouldn't eat back more than 50% of that.0

The more I think about it that was about body health and no so much about calories burned. I would probably stick to 4 min high impact.0
