Where is the first place you notice your weight loss?

For me, it's generally all over, but I've noticed a significant loss around my mid-section. Pants that usually fit snugly are dropping and drooping from around my waist.

    Thigh, belly, and then hip. I'd like to lose some from my upper arm and face, but that almost didn't happen (I said "almost" because I think my face got a bit smaller over these years due to aging... :neutral: )

    I didn't see it. I felt it when I put on shorts and the waist was looser. I still don't see the difference I should.

    If you haven't, take some pictures. It will be easier to see the changes and when you're done, you'll have some proof that you did it.

    I thought I was alone in that. My gym shoes are no longer fitting. They are flopping around like clown shoes.

    My shorts are falling off now. So that is second to go.
