Daily goals (carbs protein fat)

Just curious as to what everyone has their percentages set at for fat, carbs, protein? Not sure what it should be at I am 36 year old female on 1600 calories a day ?

- 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of body mass
- 0.4-0.45g of fat per lb of body mass
- fill rest of calories with carbs

~20 g carbs. That was my starting point. It is about 5% carbs, 20-25% protein, and fill in the rest with fat (70-75%). I eat about 1500 kcal per day.0

Mine are:
127g-160g protein
75 g fat
The rest of my calories go to carbs0 -
Carbs/ fat/ protein 25/50/25
On days I eat less fat the overage will usually go to protein. I feel my best between 40 and 50% fat. Recent cholesterol says my body like that very much.0 -
