Motivational thoughts

What motivational thoughts do you tell yourself to keep on track or to stay positive or to prevent a binge etc?

I just keep telling myself:
"You CAN do this!"
"You CAN be slim!"
"In three months youll regret it if you don't try your hardest now"

So what phrases do other people tell themselves?

    I think to myself how that bag of chips or half gallon of ice cream is going to look once it's firmly attached to my gut or thighs... and decide to pass. A single serving treat is easier to work off than buying a multi-serving "I know I'm going to eat it ALL" binge buy.

    "What do I want more...?" (ie, this chocolate bar, or to lose the weight and look good)

    Idk why but I love this quote " if at first you don't succeed, fix your ponytail and try again " even if that means I miss a workout or made some not so great food decisions :)

    I always liked "Something worse has happened to someone better". Basically, "get over yourself and get it done".
