Highest Adult weight: 260 lbs
Current weight: 128 lbs
Height: 5'4.5"
Calories: approx 1800-2000 calories (sometimes more/sometimes less) to lose weight. Past 2 weeks my average has actually been 2100. I'm working on losing my last 6-8 lbs. This is gross calories. I believe my current NET goal is set at 1200.
Age: 25
I lift 3 x a week (Ice Cream Fitness 5x5).
I do cardio 2-3 x a week (sometimes walking/sometimes running, depends on my mood).
I aim to hit 12k steps a day and occasionally I will throw in a workout video at home.0 -
Wow amazing

Calories: 1200 but if I am super hungry I will eat more as I don't always eat back my exercise calories every day. Some days I do and some days I am just not hungry enough to.
The main part is just to listen to your body; but my biggest struggle I will say is making the distinction between being actually hungry or just bored.0 -

I should add that I have a desk job and only get around 3k steps a day (outside of exercising; only step counter is on my phone). And that is probably a good day.0 -

1200 cal per day, I try to stay around the 1200, sometimes, I'm a couple hundred over or under. I started in January, but I didn't get serious until May, such a slow process, but so worth it. I feel so much better, since I'm walking every day, and not being a coach potato!!0 -

SW: 235
CW: 156
Height: 5'6.5
Age: 23
Calories: 1750 (197g carbs, 109g protein, 58g fat)
It seems like most people decreased their calories over time to maintain their loss rate, but I did the opposite; I started at around 1400 (which created a 2lb+ deficit each week) before I really had a grasp on nutrition etc and I've brought it up over time as my TDEE has decreased to lessen the gap. Right now, I'm set to 1750 because the last 10 lbs are being a pain in the butt to come off and I'm getting impatient, but 1900-2100 is my sweet spot to still lose about 0.25-0.5lbs per week while still feeling like I have the fuel for my workouts.0 -

Calories:
I started at 1900 - 2000 for a couple of years. I aim at 1700 now, which is usually a 500 - 800 calorie deficit from my activity level. I now aim at 10K steps per day instead of trying to go to the gym, as the gym just is not the place I want to be ever, at all; it's working a lot better for me.
No particular focus on macros; I have them set to 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbs, but tend to always be under in protein and high in carbs. I've just never really gotten the hang of evaluating food by macros. It seems sort of like wizardry to me, lol.0 -
