Here goes nothing...

I've been using MyFitnessPal as a free membership for quite a while but I decided today to try out a month's worth of premium membership, to see what extra information it gives me and what additional content I can find on the website. I'm a little lost at the moment so if anybody can point me in the right direction that'd be great.
I started on a home fitness programme at the start of August and did a fitness assessment as well as a weighing. The results were not pleasing and could be best summed up as "needs improvement". I weighed 90.7kg which is just over 14.2 stone.
I'd purchased a book, a mat and some kettlebells, with the aim of eating more healthily and backing it up by exercising regularly. The workouts are based on high intensity interval training, which I've likened to torturing myself for 30 minutes, and the fist time I tried I barely managed the 10 minute workout and it absolutely killed me. I hurt for days. I've completed a workout every other day, without missing any, since 8th August and weighed myself at the weekend, coming in at 86.4kg, or just under 13.6 stone. I was over the moon with that.
I've also been keeping an eye on things like my nutrition, which MyFitnessPal has been invaluable for and my resting heart rate. I now have a resting heart rate of 51 bpm when sitting. I'm extremely pleased.
Today is a rest day, so I decided to use it to sign up here.
Nice to meet you all.

First, congratulations on doing so well! I am also a freebie MFP user. I would be curious to find out about the extras a premium membership entails, so any info you can share, would be great!0
