lchf keto peeps, need motivation

I am going back to the adtkins/lchf/keto thing and amlooking for motivation and recipes.... let's do this!!

    There is a group on mfp...for whatever reason every time someone posts about this it gets ugly. I would suggest you go to the group.

    There are other groups besides that one, too. If you search groups without any tags the ones with the most members are the first listed, so you can scroll down and join several of the low carb/keto/lchf groups and they're likely to be the most active.

    As for a recipe: Crock pot turkey thighs cooked in olive oil, black pepper, salt, and curry powder. Delish!
