This was hard but I did sets of 12 ending up with 204 but my goodness I feel good...in some pain but good..thanks for the mini challenge :bigsmile:0

So, yesterday/Sunday I just finished a different weekly challenge where I had to eat breakfast and do 30 crunches daily so by the end of the 7 days I had done 210 crunches when I normally do almost none. I thought to myself how good it was to be done with crunches and then I read the mini challenges for Monday and saw that it was crunches and I groaned. I managed 210 in a week so now I have to see if I can handle 200 in a day!
I did 30 full sits ups and 30 smaller abdominal crunches this morning. This afternoon I plan to use the Wii Fit Plus to do some jack knives and Gold's Gym Cardio Workout to do some abdominal training. I will try my best to reach 200. 140 more to go!0 -

I love these mini challenges...I did legs instead of bridges on Friday and man my legs are shredded!!!!

Here's the breakdown:
25 normal abdominal crunches
25 "table-top" crunches - Knees at a 90 degree angle, so your lower legs form a table out in front of you.
25 high crunches - legs all the way up and crunch up!
13 - table tops
12 - regular crunches

I did 200 standing crunches and abdominal exercises! I may squeeze in 40 more before I go to bed. I felt AWESOME after this challenge last week so I am hoping for the same this week.0
