Good morning! Just wanted to share a product with you all that my boss has shared with me. This is exactly what I've been looking for. Jam packed with nutrition. Meal replacement. If your like me, I can't really have a decent healthy breakfast or lunch. Cause of my job. Waking up at 2am every morning. It's extremely tight. This produc keeps you full for a few hours while also getting everything you need! I will hopefully begin today and keep you updated. Hope this helps someone! Also if you have tried it please let us know how it is. I've yet to come across a negative review on the product 6ncywe01y09c.jpeg

Is there a reason you cannot prepare your meals from the previous day? What have you been eating until now? Do you plan to eat this for the rest of your life?

So why would you replace your fruit with a protein shake? Do you have problems meeting your protein goals with your regular food?

It's just the breakfast part that I'm not getting enough. Lunch and dinner is perfect. No problems there

You will actually be increasing your calories for breakfast, which makes no sense if you are trying to lose weight. A fruit has less calories than this.

I do a protein smoothie for lunch, mixed with yogurt, strawberries and some banana because I find it fills me up and keeps me satiated longer than if I were to have a plate of food or whatever with the same amount or less calories. It's not like there's something wrong with people who like to do meal replacement shakes. I really enjoy them. They help me get all my protein in for the day and they really help me stay within my calories for the day.

If I only ate a banana or apple, or even both, I'd be hungry again in about 30 minutes. I've done oatmeal and scrambled eggs, a sandwich and chips, a plate of veggies, a frozen meal, and a variety of other things for lunch in the past and those are okay but most of the time, they work out to being more calories and nothing seems to keep me satiated for as long as a protein smoothie does.

What's the calories per serving on that brand, OP? I don't like whey proteins, they're too frothy, so that might be something I'd be interested in checking out.

Yea I completely agree. I've tried it all. And it doesn't seem to work for me. Doesn't reall keep me satisfied for long. Hard boiled eggs, Cheerios, fruit, etc etc. the calories on the shake is 200. Between my apple and banana I'm getting 190 calories. And I know I can burn off the extra 10 calories. I'm on my feet all day. I walk all day long for 9 hours.
