    Successes/struggles this week: I was on vacation last week without a scale so I couldn’t weigh in. This week I am back down to where I started the month. I am determined to end this month with a loss. I had one big success for me while on vacation last week. I went to the beach with a group of ladies and on the way some of them stopped at a Krispy Kreme and bought 3 dozen donuts. I ONLY ATE ONE the whole time. In the past I would have eaten several so that is a big success for me.

    I have not dealt with emotional, stressful eating at
    all. I am very disappointed. But how do I get back
    on track. Every morning I think "Ok I can do this"

    Successes/struggles this week: I am struggling with my head getting the better of me. I have done well on the stationary bike, but skipped the gym a couple times. I have moved the dress I want to fit into to within eye sight every morning as I get dressed. I know I can do this, but those negative demons are haunting me more this week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Have had a good loss this week but I think it's mainly water weight.
    Finding myself obsessing a little too much about being within calorie goal every day. Working too hard, which is good because it keeps me busy and not thinking about food, but there have been times when I probably should have eaten more during the day, and days when I went over.

    Successes/struggles this week: Began the month with allergy-like symptoms that turned into a full blown cold which ended up as strep throat. I haven't been logging, but I know I've not been anywhere near my calorie goals. Despite not wanting to eat, my boyfriend has been making sure I do, even if it is just a can of soup and some jello.

    I know my appetite is going to come back soon, but I hope I don't go overboard when I finally do want to eat.

    I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining.

    Gained 0.2lbs this week, which is basically a wash. I've been working long hours recently, and my work has been getting food catered, which is fantastic, but it's unhealthy, hard to log and easy to overeat. I'm only a week from the end of September and still 2.8lbs from my goal. It'll be tough to make it.
