3 crispy pork tacos from Qdoba with salsa, no cheese and lettuce. 345 calories!0

Grilled chicken breast, romaine, 2 tbp ranch0

Two slices uncured ham and 1 slice cheddar cheese (wrapped up and dipped in Dijon mustard), a small pickle, 2 cups of spicy roasted cauliflower, and some red grapes. Very strange combo - but some protein, dairy, veggies, and fruit!
I usually just have a salad!0 -

Leftover homemade chicken vegetable soup. It's soup season!
How funny - three soup people in a row. Me too. Today it is cloudy and about 67, and I wanted soup, so had this with a grilled cheese sandwich - it is really good. Perfect autumn cozy meal.

Yum!!! That looks amazing! I will definitely be adding that to the lunch rotation!
I woke up starving and spent way too much on the breakfast calories so unfortunately it's just a slumfast for me.

Had turkey chili w/ red kidney beans (homemade), cottage cheese, and an Asian pear. Then I was still hungry so had my snack (almond butter and apple butter on a bagel thin).0

I made, stir fried broccoli with grilled chicken in oyster sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to eat at work, so will be eating more of the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy, I'm doing for dinner.0

I had 2 fried eggs(1 yoke broke ) on rye with mashed avocado and fresh basil, and melted mozzerella0

I had roasted turkey and swiss ( I slice the swiss thick to use as the bread!) , grapes, and 3 Rolos!0

Homemade lunchables
ritz crackers, crispy pepperoni (I microwaved them), cheese. Also bacon I fried from this weekend. Mostly protein and left me fuller than usual.0
