Successes/struggles this week: I was on vacation last week without a scale so I couldn’t weigh in. This week I am back down to where I started the month. I am determined to end this month with a loss. I had one big success for me while on vacation last week. I went to the beach with a group of ladies and on the way some of them stopped at a Krispy Kreme and bought 3 dozen donuts. I ONLY ATE ONE the whole time. In the past I would have eaten several so that is a big success for me.

I have not dealt with emotional, stressful eating at

Successes/struggles this week: Began the month with allergy-like symptoms that turned into a full blown cold which ended up as strep throat. I haven't been logging, but I know I've not been anywhere near my calorie goals. Despite not wanting to eat, my boyfriend has been making sure I do, even if it is just a can of soup and some jello.
I know my appetite is going to come back soon, but I hope I don't go overboard when I finally do want to eat.0 -

I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining.0 -

Gained 0.2lbs this week, which is basically a wash. I've been working long hours recently, and my work has been getting food catered, which is fantastic, but it's unhealthy, hard to log and easy to overeat. I'm only a week from the end of September and still 2.8lbs from my goal. It'll be tough to make it.0 -
I'm a bit late to the party on this one. I hope this group continues with an October challenge in which case I'm in! Hope you all achieve your targets for September and congratulations on your weight losses so far.
