Not sure if that is physically possible, but I've drastically changed my eating habits cutting down to 1,500 a day. It's been wonderful, but I'm feeling really more unusually exhausted.. Why?

Yes, it could be because of the sudden food restriction. Just to be safe, you should have your blood tested, if you keep feeling exhausted, it might be low hemoglobin.
If it is because of the diet you could either give yourself time to adjust to this new regime, or you could calculate your TDEE and cut off 200 calories and subtract 50/100 calories every tot time (couple of weeks) until you reach the desired number of calories for weight loss.

Have you cut back drastically on caffeine or sugar? Is your calorie deficit too restrictive? Are you hydrated?

Are you eating back 50-75% of the calories you earn from exercise?

Are you exercising? Even a 30-minute walk a day can help you feel more energetic.

It could well be because of your calorie drop especially if your body is used to consuming quite a lot more than that per day! Make sure, however - that this deficit isn't too 'big' for you! You may need to eat a little more so it's best to double check you're on the right amount of calories first of all! :)

Hope you start feeling a bit more awake soon!

My first two weeks, everyday, I needed a long nap. Didnt lose any weight then either. This should pass. Like others said a bit of excersise and adjusting your intake will help.

    Keep going pushing foward!
