I recently got a beginners bench press and it also has a place where you can do leg lifts. My problem is- I have no Idea of what I am doing & am just starting out. So if you have any tips or apps that you use and find useful it would be really awesome if you would let me know. Friends requests are welcomed.

I would suggest starting with a book like "New Rules of Lifting" and go from there.

If you shared a picture or a link to one, that would help. But I think you have a leg extension and leg curl attachment. You can do two exercises on it.

A leg extension is where you sit, put your feed behind the bottom pad. You then straighten your legs, working the quadriceps (front of upper legs). Be careful with these, they can hurt your knees.

A leg curl is where you lay on your stomach and put you feet under the upper pad. You then bend your legs, working the hamstrings (back of the upper legs).

All that said, these are not very functional. I’d work on compound movements (squats, deadlifts, and lunges). Starting out, you can do these with just body weight and then start using the weights that came with your bench.
