Need to cut calories, what did you eat yesterday and today. For example.

Go to settings and choose to make it public. Also, how long have you been logging? Are you using a food scale?

Your diary is incomplete and inaccurate. You have to log everything that goes into your mouth. You should use a food scale. You cannot choose "homemade" recipes unless it is yours and you input it into the app (apologies if that's what you did).

Fat loss comes from what and how much you eat. Exercise addresses other fitness modalities (cardiovascular, strength, mobility, etc.).

I have an infographic on fat loss I share with my clients that I’d be happy to share with you. PM me and I’ll get you the link.

Yes, measuring cups are inaccurate. And how do you know if the recipe is "close" to yours? What if they used skim milk and you used cream? What if their portion is two and yours is 3? You are not accurately logging.

Start first with consistent logging to see what you are really eating. You can get away with a little inaccuracy if you still have some weight to lose. However, you can't really be only eating 300-500 calories a day are you?
