    Finally got below 140! Accepted that it really said 139 after the 3rd day of seeing it on the scale!

    5/30 - 140
    6/6 - 139

    .7% loss for the week!

    I actually saw 132 and 131 during the week, but I did not calculate my calories over the weekend so the scale crept up a little bit. My goal is to see 130 next Monday, and to calculate my calories EVERY day of the week :)

    Forgot my goal. My goal this week is to better keep track of my water intake. What counts as water intake? Just plain water? Or Crystal Light drinks and coffee?
