I log everything on here, even if I don't want to or go over my calories. I've been doing Jillian micheals' beginner shred 5 to 6 days a week for the last two months. My family and I walk/run sometimes in the evenings as well. I'm 5' and started at 203 lbs... That's the highest I've ever weighed in my life! I weighed in this week at 188, so that's pretty exciting!0
