My name is Adrienne. I am ready to lose weight and get in better shape. I am an emergency room nurse and staying motivated through 12 hour shifts is where I struggle. I don't always have time to sit down and eat a healthy meal and by the time I get a moment to eat I will scarf down whatever sugar and fat coated yumminess that was left in the break room. Not to mention the caffeine filled sodas I think I need to get through the shift. SO I am trying to find ways to change how I look at food and motivation to say no to the unhealthy food choices.

    Fat coated yummies? ???? I haven't heard of these yet!!! I meaning trying to behave too but dang get in my mouth fat coated yummmmiiiies

    Haha... I think donuts count as fat AND sugar coated yumminess...
