    Have a look at startingstrength.com. More a powerlifting than body building site, but if you want to get strong it's a good choice.

  • I use Runnersworld.com frequently (and subscribe to the magazine), it's got useful training tips, product reviews and articles of interest to runners. Can't comment on bodybuilding.com - don't think I've visited it as I'm not interested in bodybuilding but I have used scoobysworkshop.com for information on strength training

    Okay! Yes that's what I heard about runnersworld so thank you for confirming that. I I'll check the other site too!

    Yes I do both which is why I wanted to know opinions on both sites. I knew they offer different information as that is pretty obvious no offense.. I kinda just wanted other people's perspective.. For example what you shared about BB .
