Gaining weight with fast metabolism

I really want to gain 10 more lbs but it's hard for me. Always has been. I just had a baby & so I still have 20lbs from that & would like to add another 10. I'm 5'7 & weigh 140. I have low body fat surprisingly. My waist is 26 inches due to my pregnancy before it was 23. I'm still skinny even though I weigh 140 & I'm tired of looking like a stick.
I drink Boost plus about 3-4 times a day for the extra calories & proteins. What else can I do to bulk up? I also workout now. I jog 30 mins a day, (I just started this week) & do a lot of squats & leg exercises they have at planet fitness. All my weight goes to my hips, butt & thighs. But I'm trying to get my arms a little bigger as well. Any advice would be great!!

Fast metabolism... how do you know yours is faster?
To gain weight you have to eat in a caloric surplus... reduce the cardio so you're not burning as many calories, create a surplus of 250-500 calories and lift heavy weights on a program like ICF 5x5.

I know because I have hyperthyroidism.

I would just say to try to eat more even if you're not hungry.0

I know because I have hyperthyroidism.
Years ago my friend was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and she would scarf the food and lose weight, even while they were trying out medications on here. Once she was given the right medication, everything normalized for her.
Does your MD have you on hyperthyroid medication?0 -

See an endocrinologist to balance out your hormones.
As for building more upper body muscles, train with the basics: pullups, benches, rows with as much weight as you can handle for 6-12 reps and lots of sets.
