My plan was to lose about 10lbs and I think I gained 5. Big fail. No motivation or will power. I just want to eat healthy and exercise this last week so I feel good about myself and look a little less puffy. Why have I been so weak?! Ugh! Any advice or motivational words? Thank you!

Well at least you don't have unrealistic expectations about what can happen in a week ( some brides come on and expect to lose ten pounds a week and end up starving themselves and one even passed out at her reception. So yeah, dumb idea!) But you didn't mention that, so your already a step ahead of most.
Drink extra water all week, it will help get rid of any water weight your carrying around.
Enjoy your wedding And until then , go get a tan so all the little tiny imperfections will be hidden on your skin and do all those types of things that make us feel good . have fun!0 -
Yep...drink water. Watch your nutrition for the week maybe? Your skin can look nicer if you get a lot of nutrients, and you'll feel more confident if you eat "healthy".0

Woooohooooo a wedding!!! Congratulations...I was at one a week ago and you better believe I tore that dance floor up. I always hate when the dj hits you with a fast upbeat track that really allows me to get my groove going...but then follows it up with a slooooow jam that kinda makes me stand there...sort of still fast dancing..but...slowly transitioning out of it...0

What does this have to do with the OP's diet for the week?0 -
I think it's sound wedding advice for anyone!0

Why? It's not going to make you lose any weight and there's fat in it, which I think hitting my fat goal always makes me look better and less like death.0 -
Have you checked your dress still fits? Mine wouldn't have if it's 5lb of actual fat (not bloat & water weight)0

Just trying to make healthier decisions. I.e. 2% milk instead of nasty (delicious) coffee creamer.0 -

Ok then. Maybe coffee creamer (flavored?)...but healthier than half and half? I don't see food that way. Good luck though, do what makes you feel good and happy and have a wonderful day!0 -
Oh god...flavored coffee creamer???? Count me in.0

At this stage it is all about the happy confident smile and the glow in your cheeks. The dress fits. No one but false friends and your own fickle conscience cares about five pounds.
Deal with any last minute emergencies and enjoy yourself. Take note of any great memories and write them down. Look deeply in to his eyes and remind yourself why you are doing this. Have fun.0 -
Just do the things that make you feel the best, get your nails and toes done ( you can do them at home) get a tan, ( also can be done at home. I'm from jersey, I know all about spray tans lol ) and condition your hair well, all those little things really can help us ladies feel better. When we feel good, it shows!0
