i haven't been able to lose weight. I stay the same but workout everyday. Is it because I'm not eating back my calories? If so, how do u lose weight if ur eating back what you've worked off?

Do you weigh your food on a food scale?
Are you logging everything (drinks, nibbles)?
Do you have any cheat days or meals?
    How long has it been?

    I looked at your diary:
"Homemade - " entries; don't use them. They are user created and unless you used the same ingredients in the same amounts as the user who created it; it will be wrong.

    Edit:
For the other question, it's math.
Your MFP calorie goal is created so you lose weight without exercise. When you exercise your total calorie burn for the day increases. So your deficit doesn't get to large, your calories have to be increased.

I also noticed you have a Garmin device linked. Do you have negative adjustments turned on? If not, I'd recommend turning it on.

I walk on my treadmill 2 hours a day, plus do T25. I plug in everything I eat.
I have been working out about 6 weeks now.
    I haven't had a cheat day yet.

It's great that you log everything you eat, but.....do you weigh your food on a food scale?

You should see it under meal names.

What it's going to do is compare what MFP thinks you've burned for a full day to what your Garmin thinks. If your Garmin thinks you have burned less than what MFP thinks, it will subtract exercise calories.

    For example:
MFP thinks I burn 1850 before exercise. So I get a calorie goal of 1350 to lose 1 lb per week.

If I burn say 300 working out and log it here, then MFP now thinks I've burned 2150. So now my calories need to be updated to 1650 for 1 lb per week loss.

I have a Fitbit linked. So lets say my Fitbit says no way she's going to burn that by midnight. It's predicting 2000 calories. Well that means for 1 lb per week loss, my calorie goal should be 1500. So my adjustment becomes -150, because MFP is predicting I will burn more than what my Fitbit has tracked.

As for your particular problem. I think (providing you don't have PCOS or Hypothyroidism or anything else that effects calories out) that the problem is that your underestimating your food intake.
