Two challenges in October.
1st starts October-1st and ends October_15th.
2nd one starts October-16th ends October_31st.
and the goal is 3 to 5 pounds for 15 days
totally 6 to 10 pounds by the end of October.

If you are living on carbs mainly today you can just ditch all carbs for a month and you will see a 6-10 pound loss if you way 150+. It will come back if you start living on carbs again.0

Dear antipollution744, no need to check your weight daily. Enter your current weight today and we have enter your weight by the end of October 15th, why because some times some body types wont change their weight even after a week. That' why I mentioned it for 15 days and the diet is what ever you decide weather it is protein or low carb anything is fine but we have to loose at least 3 pounds by the end of 15th October.0
