    Oh question... for those who have already started how are you logging it?

    I put it in as general aerobics since your heart rate stays high throughout the workout.

    I just ordered mine today and will start it when it arrives. Does anyone know of a good resource to read about someone's experience who has done it? Do you do it every single day for 30 days? What equipment will I need?
    I thought I saw this info somewhere on here at one point but can't find it...

    There are quite a few posters on their results, just search 30 day shred and you should find a bunch. I plan on doing it for 30 days straight. The only thing you need is a light weight set of dumbbells, like 3 lbs.

    I had a bootcamp session this morning so will be doing day 2 when I get home from work about 9pm tonight. Then I will collapse in a heap and go to sleep :)

    I am planning on starting it on mon. i have a 10k race on sat so don't want to strain any muscles before then but i am in from mon onwards i've heard the results can be amazing.

    I started the 30 day shred today, how can you add it to the exercise diary? I can't find it in there. Do you just add 30 mins of cardio?

    Just did my first 30ds workout... wasnt as bad as I thought.. I had to modify the mosify pushups though.. lol.
