    I ran 3 hard miles today. We got started and I felt like my legs were lead. It took me 40 minutes to run the 3 miles so you know it was not my best. Maybe Thursday will be a better run.

    Some days you have it and some days you don't. :ohwell: Give your legs a break tomorrow - take a rest day or just do an ab/upper body work out, and Thursday will go better.

    I did 40 minutes on the bike (in the gym) and then hopped on the treadmill and ran 2 miles

    Hi guys! 6.25 miles today plus about 20 minutes of weights. Felt great!
