I started on this on July 20th when my husband and I joined the local gym. This is from the second time I rode the stationary bike, on July 23rd, for 60 minutes with a 5 minute cool down:

This is from today, 30 minutes into my ride:

I know the calorie count isn't particularly accurate but I'm very proud of the improvement - almost double!

Thats an awesome NSV! When I started, I could only do 15 minutes on the elliptical, now I can run nearly 6 miles in an hour. Be proud of yourself!

Thanks - this kind of success really helps because I'm still not seeing any loss when I look at myself. But I know I'm healthier because I can do so much more at the gym.

Little victories ROCK! 1 month in I know I'm stronger, and I feel as if I could really gain some control over my life. That's cool!
