Hey guys,
I am 29 male, 83.5kg and 188cm tall. It's been a while I was skipping heavy dinner and just eat some nuts or salads. Recently I realised my intake is lower than 1200kcal!!
Here is my usual day (5 days totally stationary + 2 days exercise like football or badminton) :
1- breakfast around 9:30 = tea or coffee+ glass of milk + some wholemeal bread
2- lunch around 12:30 = rice/chicken/vegetables (something around 500-600kcal)
3- Snack 5:00 = some fruits like apple/orange
4- Dinner 9:00 = some fruits same as the afternoon snack and glass of milk before going to bed
It barely reaches 1200kcal and the weird thing is I do not feel hungry for dinner at all! at night I feel like I ate an hour ago!
I've only lost 2kg in a year!
Is it OK? Is something wrong with me? Should I do anything?

If that has been your intake for a full year and you've lost 2kg, I'm going to say that it suggests extremely strongly that you are eating much more than the 1200 you think you're consuming. I would recommend a food scale.
If you find that you are actually, truly consuming only 1200 calories per day, you should probably see a doctor - that intake is WAY too low for a man to maintain on.0 -
You say you've been eating at 1200 calories a year but have only dropped 2Kg... firstly; males are meant to consume 1500 calories MINIMUM. Secondly, if you've only lost 2kg in a year, then you're either logging incorrectly or have a medical problem.
Are you using a food scale to weigh everything? Open your diary so we can see your logging too...

I haven't logged for a long time. I just logged for today and opened my diary. It's pretty much what I eat every day!boring as hell!! Seriously!
I'd say some days maybe +- 100-200kcal

And how did you know you were eating 1200 calories before logging on MFP?0 -

I didn't! I counted and logged today then realised it!

Did you weigh it, or are you guessing at portion sizes? I wouldn't panic until you ascertain that your numbers are 100% correct, verified by scale weight of your food portions.

To me your logging seems a little off, I'm not entirely sure. However, I'm going to assume that you were eating more than you thought before logging today.
Eat a SUFFICIENT amount of calories for your body. 1200 is too low. Plug your details into MFP and set it for 0.5-1lb loss per week and eat at that amount of calories...
report back in 2-3 weeks

Did you weigh and/or measure? Your descriptions are very vague -- a "glass" of milk (instead of 8 oz. or whatever), "some" whole meal bread instead of the number of slices (or preferably the weight in grams), etc. Fruit can be rather high in calories and they can add up quickly, as can the calories in rice. I think it's extremely unlikely that you've been consuming only 1200 calories/day and have only lost 2 kg.0

Please take a look at my today's diary! I eat these almost everyday. I just verified the measurements.0 -
Please eat more. 1200 isn't safe for a man . eat at a responsible deficit. There's no need for extremes!
Start off by getting a food scale. Learn how to weigh all your foods. Add everything you consume, salad dressings, cream, ketchup and so on.Then log everything here accurately.
I'm a female, 5'8-135lbs,38 yrs old and eat 2,000 per day. 1200 is just way low. The lowest recommended on here for men is 1500.

I don't think that you understand. It would be impossible for you to go back and weigh the food you've already eaten. Please consider buying a food scale and actually weighing the portion that you intend to eat before you put it in your mouth. Then you will know how much you are eating. Until then, you are just guessing. Since you have been maintaining, you are nearly certain to be eating more than you report. If you insist that your calorie count is accurate, then there is something very wrong and you should see a doctor. Best of luck.
