Week 1 MFP results

Well, I'm 1 week down using MFP again, and I'm down 4.5 lbs! I hope this 2nd time around I can maintain and not jump back up to what I was before. You heard it here, folks, diet and exercise works Guess it's time to take some "before" pics so I can post my progress!

I have 1250-1300 cals per day and I'm exercising (running) 30 min 3 times a week. It's my first week though and that much weight loss per week won't last, but hey, it's a good motivator to keep going!0
