    I didn't lose any weight this week :( I've been having trouble with my will power. Staying under calories and actually tracking them truthfully!

    Sorry got a little behind on checking in September 21 weight 235.8 lost 1 pound 4 oz September 28,weight 234.8 lost 1 pound total left of 12.8 left to lose we will see what next week brings.I hope everyone is losing if not do not give up keep trying it will happen.If anyone want to add me please do so.

    I feel so silly! I am new to these boards and couldn't find this post after I signed up! Oops.

    Anywhoo, feeling frustrated. Never got that first big weight loss and right now I keep gaining and relosing the same pound. In the 21 days I've been doing this I've lost 4 pounds. I am doing the right things with food/exercise. Guess I just have to keep moving ahead.

    i never relized how important weighing at the same time of day is . this week for interest i have been weighing morning and night and the night is 5 to 10 pounds heavier
