I'm the same way! I'm already dreading watching the scale go back up, but I know it's necessary. I've been indulging, but still trying to get enough exercise in to balance it out. I'm 8 weeks and pretty much have maintained so far with that strategy!
Maybe look at what you're craving and see if there is a lower calorie option available? Good luck!0 -
I was the same way when I was pregnant with my twins! I was so worried that I would regain plus some, however over time I chose to focus on my babies and enjoy my pregnancy. You both will get there When you are not experiencing the dreaded morning sickness or low energy, just try to walk and remain active. Of you were weight training before, continue because it will help stave off excessive weight. Congrats on your pregnancies!0

What does your OB/GYN say about this?
I took a look at your diary to see what you're eating but you haven't been logging lately so I can't give you any help specific to you. Maybe do start logging so you know exactly how much you are eating?
Many people find protein satiating. Eating more protein in relation to carbs has certainly helped with my food cravings. See also http://www.nutrition.org.uk/healthyliving/fuller/understanding-satiety-feeling-full-after-a-meal.html

Yeah I have not really been on lately. My obgyn haset said much of anything about that just to eat healthy for the baby. I'm 15 weeks, I know some weight gain is inevitable but I am always hungry. I also stopped smoking when I found out I was pregnant I think that also is a reason for eating so much. For breakfast I'll have a cheese and chicken sandwich than a cup of soup than two hours later I'll eat yoghurt and cookies:( than a other sandwich some fruit than dinner I eat whatever and than again snacking on skittles and what not ...0

I'm not a doctor, so don't do this without asking your OBGYN, but during my 2nd pregnancy I had to follow a gestational diabetes diet, (not super low carb, but staying within certain limits at each meal/snack) and once I started that I didn't gain a single pound in my 3rd trimester. I had gained 17 up to that point.
It might be a good option for you, I wasn't calorie restricted, but it kept me off insulin, and kept me at a reasonable gain for the pregnancy.
Good luck!0 -

If they haven't said much and it is something you are concerned over or need more information on, you need to ask them. Emphasize this is a huge concern for you and ask for specific details on how to properly manage everything. Congrats on your bundle of joy!
