I'm sara from NY, newly 25 as of last week! Started my weight loss journey last year to date:) started at 197 now I'm 174 as of yesterday. I weigh myself once every couple of months, just to see where I am. I don't calorie count because it'll drive me crazier. I try to work out 4 times a week. Monday, wednesday,and friday im with my trainer and sundays im alone. He helps me alot i wouldnt be where I am without him, but I feel like I let him down constantly. I feel like I'm not doing enough, even for myself. Working two jobs while trying to find a social life and get fit is hell! Anyway, I'm just here for the support. I literally feel like I have no one to talk about anything fitness/weight loss related. Help !!
