Intermittent Fasting

Hey there, I'm new to MFP so I could be posting in the wrong place, not sure if there is already an IF thread. Just to introduce myself my name is Sarah I'm 32 and from Manchester UK. I've started IF 5:2 diet this week and completed my first fast day yesterday with ease. I've not weighed myself because I don't want to become obsessed with my weight loss and become discouraged. I've a rough idea where my weight is and I know my bmi will for sure be in the overweight zone. I'm interested in seeing who else is currently doing IF, and obviously looking for support and new ppl to discuss it with. Feel free to add me

Just a suggestion, it is better to weigh yourself when you start, at least to be able to calculate your BMR and TDEE.0 -
