Some help with snacks & bmi

Hi just looking for some tips on what snacks is best to eat between meals. Currently trying to lose 1stone and get my bmi down fast it's currently at 31.6 I'm 5ft 11ins

    Whatever you fancy. I like jelly, cottage cheese, kale crisps, chocolate, fruit! Stuff like protein fluff or cool whip can fill you up well too.

    I'll typically do nuts, berries or granola.

    Granola or protein bars would be the best bet. Most are low in calories and sugar. Sometimes carbs. And of course contains protein and fiber.
    I'm currently switching up my snacks between chocolate granola bars and Fiber One single pack goodies.
    Averaging about 100-130 calories.
    There's also yogurt, but it doesn't do much to satisfy my hunger pains for the next few hours.

    Depends on what you like, my usual go to is a low fat Greek yogurt with a piece of fruit on the side

    I like making kale chips. You can add whatever spices you like and are oh so delicious.
