I started last October 2014 and my goal is to lose 100 lbs in 1 year. So far I've lost 93 lbs. I've gone from 245 to 151 and have 4 more weeks to complete my goal. I was wearing 3-3x tops and 24-26 pants. Now I can wear a medium top and 8-10 pants. I started out walking 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening every day that I could and weight training 2x week. For the past 5 months I've been doing kickboxing at Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping and have lost 33 pounds doing that. My husband is very proud of me and I enjoy the new pride I feel in how my body looks and feels. My feet used to hurt to walk and it was hard to walk down the stairs. Now I can move again and I feel great!

My highest (blue sweater) was close to 180 in 2008. Later got down to 165 and stayed there till 2012. 2013, aimed to hit my goal weight 145. Feb 2014 was 138. Current weight in pink t shirt 128-130 (maintaining)0 -
I'm 142 now, was maybe 205 in the first pic, and I was feeling so good after having already lost 15 pounds there! I'm happier with my body, but I've still got about 15 pounds to lose, I have a LOT of belly fat still.

I've lost over 30 pounds in a time frame of 3 1/2 months. I started in the mid 180's now I'm 1580 -
It is so inspirational to see REAL people changing their lives!
I lost my weight with no fad diets, no trainers, no gym membership, just MFP, free YOUTUBE workout videos like 30 day shred, and dedication!
Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!
Keep working!!! You will get there!

Just wanted to add my own progress pics here as this thread has helped me loads so far - hope they help someone.
Still looking to lose some more and get fitter.
