Weighing food

For those of you who weigh your meat, do you weigh it before or after it cooks? Which is better/ more accurate? I've been weight mine after I cook it.

Weigh raw whenever possible.
But as long as you are using the correct entry in the database you should be okay. So if you weigh it cooked use an entry that says cooked.0 -

Same here. Raw when possible but if I need to weigh it after cooking I make sure I find a matching entry in the database (ie don't use a boiled entry if you grilled it, etc)0 -
I weigh before it's cooked unless the packet specifically lists grilled/cooked weight0

I cook for multiple people and have to log and weigh it cooked...

Raw whenever possible, but sometimes, that just isn't, so you do cooked.0
