    My first thought too--isn't this bad for one's heart? You are eating too little. Please eat more. At the very least, you are at risk of fainting and injuring yourself.

    Of course it's too little. I'm sure you've figured that out yourself.
    That said, if you are otherwise healthy and can stand being hungry all the time it's probably OK. You'll likely start losing hair, have very little energy and suffer dizzy spells etc, but you probably won't die. Probably.

    A 95 lb., 12-year old girl shouldn't eat that little, let alone a grown man.
