    I just counted my calories. I didn't really "cut" anything out completely. I just watched what I ate more. You can look at my diary & workput blog if you want

    i have the same weight lost goal as you did plus same height and starting weight! I've never been a size 3, always a size 5 but you have me inspiration :)
