    Successes/struggles this week: I've been logging consistently but not 100% for almost a week. Originally I just wanted to get into the habit and wasn't going to worry if I went over my calorie budget but yesterday was my first day under my calorie limitation.

    Successes/struggles this week: It's a new month, and I am thrilled to see that beginning number isn't as high as I thought it'd be. The last week of September was rough for me. I just couldn't seem to stop eating, even though I wasn't hungry. I'm hoping I got it all out of my system and can stay on track this month. I have a 3 month check up on October 30th, and I'd love to be down at least 10lbs (by the doctor's scale).

    I want to say goodbye to 190+ forever this month.

I was very enthusiastic in spring and online here almost all day long. now I actually have lots of work to do and my motivation is not exactly at its peak. My success for now is that I am still trying to log in every day and remind myself of my goals.
