Hi,
The nutrition facts on the rice I use have a 1/4 cup or 50 g uncooked serving size. Any idea what the equivalent cooked serving size would be?
Thanks!

It varies too much to be accurate.

But, you're looking at around 150g.

From past experience 100g raw is around 300g cooked.

I'm sure there's more accuracy out there somewhere, but for me it's not worth the effort to do anything other than 100g-300g.

No way to say for sure - as it depends on how much water/broth is absorbed.

Easiest if you're worried about cooking multiple servings is to weigh it up first, then cook it, then weigh it up after, divide it by the number of servings you weighed up to begin with. You'll still be accurate that way.
