    Successes/struggles this week: I've been logging consistently but not 100% for almost a week. Originally I just wanted to get into the habit and wasn't going to worry if I went over my calorie budget but yesterday was my first day under my calorie limitation.

    Successes/struggles this week: It's a new month, and I am thrilled to see that beginning number isn't as high as I thought it'd be. The last week of September was rough for me. I just couldn't seem to stop eating, even though I wasn't hungry. I'm hoping I got it all out of my system and can stay on track this month. I have a 3 month check up on October 30th, and I'd love to be down at least 10lbs (by the doctor's scale).

    I want to say goodbye to 190+ forever this month.

I was very enthusiastic in spring and online here almost all day long. now I actually have lots of work to do and my motivation is not exactly at its peak. My success for now is that I am still trying to log in every day and remind myself of my goals.

    Ultimate Goal Weight: between 130 - 140 or sizes 4-6 between Valentine's Day & April 1st.

    Non Scale Goals:
    -to fit in the shorts& shirt in the picture I've attached taken in 2009;
    -to have a distinguishable waist line ALL the time without sucking it in;
    -to have lean muscle tone & TRIM, NOT just be skinny.
    -to reduce pain & inflammation through consistently eating the way I should say with no more than 2 cheat meals per week (hopefully ultimately get cheats down to no more than once a month or less);
    -to increase mileage, improve time, stamina, & lung condition while walking & jogging;
    -to not retrigger my younger years' struggles with eating disorders;
    -to keep weight off long term.
