Couldn't agree more.
They're an excellent way to separate you from your money.0
If so called fat burners actually worked, wouldn't everybody be slender?0
I know of a few fat burners that work well..... running, cycling, swimming.... skip the pills!0
Oxy shred is very good0
They. Don't. Work.
The only thing that will work is a calorie deficit.0

Pretty much everyone is right. Keep on track and the best advice I can give is be consistent with it. Consistency is the key to meeting your goals....bottom line bro. Good luck!0
It has worked for me so It may not be as healthy but it does the job but yes listen to everyone keep track of your diet and you won't need anything0
I think oxyshred is great for focus and for suppressing appetite as well as giving you extra energy - my personal opinion, I love it. Everything in moderation, exercise and healthy eating will get you to where you need to go, I find oxyshred makes it easier.0
I've probably tried every fat burner going over the years - literally.
Absolutely none of them have worked (all of which I have taken religiously for around 2-3 months per fat burner)
They do not work, they just slim down the wallet.
Don't be fooled by these money-making crooks
