do you eat at maintenance/or deficit ?
And the 2 remaining days do you eat normally? What percentages of macros would u eat at on the remaining two days

deficit mostly, would not see much of a point while at maintenance. It's a good diet to follow in the short term0

Not to cause waves but carb cycling feels a lot like a beginner eating disorders.0

not seen any evidence that carb cycling is of great value. What happened to the keto diet you were on day 3 of yesterday ?0

Carb cycling 'could' create an unhealthy relationship with food, especially if there is a past history in binge eating.
It's not a magic tool that will speed up weight loss. If you ate the same energy over 7 days with a linear intake, you would be the same weight.
It can have benefits in terms of water weight management.
You would chose your number of re-feeds and adjust your weekly carbs to be higher on these days and lower on the other days. It can help with managing some low days knowing you have high days coming up, so can help with adherence.0
